Personal Training

1-1 Personal Training is ideal for individuals who are complete beginners all the way through to those who have tried training in the past but struggle to make progress. I have a flexible schedule which allows for both varied and fixed booking slots. Click the button below to get in contact now.

A typical session includes:

  • 1 Hour of coaching (longer sessions can be accommodated)
  • Access to a private, client only, training studio
  • Access to top of the range equipment
  • A hot or cold beverage with every session

Online Body Transformation Coaching

Online coaching is ideal for individuals who cannot commit to 1-1 Personal Training due to time and/or location constraints. This service combines ultimate time flexibility with premium accountability to deliver the best results possible to our clients.

Online Coaching includes:

  • Access to our mobile training app, providing a PT in your pocket experience
  • A personalized training programme
  • A 3 day diet inspiration plan
  • 24/7 support and advice from 2 national leading coaches
  • Access to the Coaching Lab community group
  • Access to over 200+ exercise tutorials
  • Weekly and monthly progress checks

8 Week Training Programme

If either of those services do not meet your needs or budget then I also offer free 8 week training programmes for individuals to give training themselves a go.
